ACUPRESSURE TRAINING
Though Acupressure can be attempted by reading books of good
standards, still for effective and proper attempt, proper Acupressure training
from an expert is must. The institute is imparting Theoretical-cum-practical
Acupressure Training course at Chandigarh. After learning some have adopted
it as a profession while others are using it for keeping themselves
and family fit.

For either of the courses, the fee is to paid in one instalment.
In case of Regular course the fee is
to be paid when the trainee actually reports for training
at institute,
at Chandigarh.
In case of Correspondence course, the fee is to be
paid
along with the prescribed Application form. Application form duly filled,dated and signed along with Bank Draft (drawn in favour of Kalyan Singh)
encashable at Chandigarh, must be sent by Registered Post.
A
course can be joined by the eligible persons at any time during
the year. Any person who is in Medical profession and has already
knowledge of Acupressure and wishes to complete the course even
earlier; can do so by making a reference to the Director of the

ELIGIBILITY
Any person who has passed 10th class or any higher examination
from any education Board or any University in India or abroad can
join the course. The persons, who possess medical knowledge or
have passed any examination with medical subjects, will certainly
be able to learn the system very easily and quickly.
AGE
There is no age restriction in joining the course. As mentioned
above, any person who has passed at least 10th. Class examination
can join a course.
RECOGNITION OF THE COURSE
It is well known fact that Acupressure is as yet not a recognized
system of medical treatment by any State Government or Government
of India. So far this institute is aware; Acupressure is yet not
a recognized system of medical treatment anywhere in the world
although many governments are now helping certain voluntary originations
to promote various nature cure systems including Acupressure in
view of their effectiveness.
CERTIFICATE
Every trainee will be awarded a certificate on completion of
course to the effect that he/she is competent enough to treat patients
independently and efficiently. Since our institute is probably
the oldest one in the country having credibility for high standing
genuineness, the certificate issued by the institute will have
all weightage in all circles.
WHERE TO STAY IN CHANDIGARH
Chandigarh is most modern, well-planned and beautiful city having
many places of tourist interest. It is well connected by air,
rail and road with important cities of India. Frequent bus service
is available from Delhi to Chandigarh.There are number of hotels,
bhawans, dharamshalas and paying-guest houses. Sood Dharamshala
- Sector-22-D,which is situated very near to the institute, is
affordable, easily
approachable and best in many respects. Yatri Niwas-Sector 24,
Panchayat Bhawan-Sector 18, Kissan Bhawan-Sector 35(all government
concerns),
Charan Ram Dharamshala-Sector
15 and Gulati Bhawan-Sector 33 are some other good places where
charges are affordable by middle class persons. There are a number
of hotels in Sector 10, Sector 17, Sector 22, Sector 26, Sector
42 and Sector 35 which extend luxurious facilities. If the trainee
first comes to the institute he/she can be properly guided as
where to stay in Chandigarh.
HOW TO REACH THE INSTITUTE
The training institute is situated in Kothi No.1469, Sector 42-B,
Chandigarh, near Government Dispensary. Local Bus Service, from Bus Stand Sector 17 to Bus Stand Sector 43, is available,
at an very short interval. By boarding the bus, one is to get
down at the crossing of Sector 42 market which is next to the Attawa
Crossing. From there, the institute is at a distance of hardly
200 yards. Auto-rickshaws are also available at the Bus Stand Sector
17 at charges of Rs.10/- per passenger.
